Installation
• In case of antenna or cable signal with VCR and/or Cable Converter box:
When requested, select
No if you use an antenna; select Ye s if you have a
cable signal. Press OK to continue.
When requested, scroll through the brand name selections of cable boxes
using the cursor up/down to select your brand of cable box.
If your cable box did not change to channel 09, select
No and try again.The
GUIDE Plus+ system will try the next code for your brand.
• In case you have a VCR connected:
Tune your VCR to channel 02, then turn it off.
Select your VCR brand from the list you can scroll through.
If your VCR does not switch to channel 02, try again until the correct code is
found.
‘ When the Setup is complete, the TV menu returns confirming that GUIDE
Plus+ has been installed.
Note: When you turned on your TV for the first time, no confirmation message is
displayed and the Install menu is dismissed.
After the TV is powered off overnight, the download of program information
will be received and you should be able to enjoy the benefits of GUIDE Plus+
system the next day.
