4 EVENT TIMER
U
se the 4 Event Timer feature
to automatically turn the TV
on and off, one time only, every
day, or once a week. You can pro-
gram the timer for up to four dif-
ferent on/off occurrences (events).
NOTE: You must first set the
clock before you can use the 4
Event Timer. (See the “Clock Set”
section on page 7 in the Quick
Use and Setup Guide that came
with your set.)
With the FEATURES menu on
the screen, Press the CURSOR
DOWN button repeatedly until 4
Event Timer is highlighted. Then
press the CURSOR RIGHT button
to enter the 4 Event Timer options
area.
Press the CURSOR RIGHT
button to highlight a Program.
Then press the OK button to select
the program.
Press the CURSOR LEFT,
DOWN, and RIGHT buttons until
the On Timer input area is high-
lighted. Then press the CURSOR
UP or DOWN button to input the
time. Press the CURSOR RIGHT
button to change position. Repeat
this same process to set the Off
Timer.
Press the CURSOR LEFT,
DOWN, and RIGHT buttons until
the Day of the Week input area is
highlighted. Then press the CUR-
SOR UP or DOWN buttons to select
the day. (If you set the timer to turn
on Daily, you do not need to set the
Day of the Week.)

setting the 4 Event Timer.
