21 TELEVISION STUDIO FOR MIDDLE SCHOOLS
General Specifications:
This is intended for live and taped video production of morning address, instructional
materials, documentaries, events, info/educational programs. The studio will also be used
for teaching Television classes and training students. The vendor shall procure, install,
test and maintain for three years a complete and fully functional functioning Turn-key
system including but not limited to the following items or its latest equivalent and
compatible replacements. All items shall be of pro-sumer / industrial grade supplied
with a minimum of one year OEM warranty for parts & labor together with an extended
service contract from the vendor. All items, cables shall be marked, labeled, and the
wiring be carried out in a professional manner following all industry and safety standards.
The vendor shall provide itemized prizes, and may substitute latest equivalent items
without affecting the integrity of the system. The vendor shall provide a minimum of 16
hours of training. Up on commissioning, the vendor shall also provide test results,
schematics, documentation and manuals. The system shall be installed in low profile
mobile dual video and single audio rack consoles to facilitate remote productions within
