Device Replacement The last step in the repair process is to solder the new component on the board. Ideally, the (LF)BGA should be aligned under a microscope or magnifying glass. If this is not possible, try to align the (LF)BGA with any board markers.

LC03E MV AA Mechanical Instructions The function of foam is to give some pressure to the glass to prevent dust penetrating between glass and LCD panel, and to ensure even contact between glass and frame. Foam dimensions are 400x10x3 (long side), 227.6x10x3 (short side) for the 17" panel and 528x10x3 (long side), 305.6x10x3 (short side) for the 23" panel. 4.
