6.2 Encryption Screen
6.2.1 Screen Layout

The Encryption screen is the third tab in our Control Panel application. It allows
the user to view and modify security settings for the selected profile. Up to four
encryption keys may be specified.
6.2.2 Controls on the Encryption Screen
Field Description
Enable Security checkbox Allows user to enable or disable security
(encryption) for the selected profile.
Default Key to Use Used to identify which encryption key
(Key1-Key4) is to be used by default.
Key 1-4 edit controls Used to enter up to four encryption keys
for the selected profile. Keys must contain
only hex digits. Each key’s length is
specified in the drop-list to its right.
Key 1-4 length drop-lists Used to select the length of the
corresponding key field. There are three
choices: 10, 26, or 32 hex digits.
