image file has the extension “.eye” to enable reproduction on an Internet browser. With
DATETIME or SEQNUM format, NetServer automatically assigns this extension. When a file is
manually named however, the administrator must add the “.eye” extension for the image to be
reproduced on an Internet browser.
Image quality: Administrator may set image’ s resolution that is delivered by e-mail. Resolution is
to be set among 90x60, 180x121, 360x243, 720x243, and 720x486. An image of 90 by 60 is of the
lowest resolution and the smallest size.
(6) FTP directory configuration
Administrator assigns FTP server address, FTP user account, FTP user password, and FTP user path
to receive files when events occur.
Check Points for E-mail Sending Problem
If you have problem in sending e-mail, check followings;
• If you have set DNS address properly in ‘ System Configuration’ page.
• If you have set sender’ s e-mail address properly in ‘ Application Configuration’ page.
• If you have set e-mail type properly between ‘ Base64’ and ‘ Quoted Printable ’ .
