If no link is established, the » link
indicator flashes red. The parent unit
beeps from time to time.
Position the baby monitor:
1 Keep the baby unit and the mains cord
at least 1 metre/3.5 feet away from your
baby.
2 Keep the parent unit at least 1.5 metres/
5 feet away from the baby unit to prevent
acoustic feedback.
3 Use the parent unit in the operating
range of the baby monitor.
Tip
It takes less than 15 seconds to establish the •
link between the parent unit and the baby unit.
When the parent unit is out of range of the •
baby unit, the parent unit beeps from time
to time. The link indicator on the parent unit
flashes red.
The battery indicator flashes red and a beep •
tone occurs 30 minutes before the batteries
run out of power.

5 Use your baby
monitor
Link the parent unit to the baby unit:
1 Press and hold on the baby unit for two
seconds.
The baby unit turns on, and all indicators »
on the baby unit light up briefly.
2 Press and hold on the parent unit for
two seconds.
The parent unit turns on, and all »
indicators on the parent unit light up
briefly.
The » link indicator flashes red and the
parent unit starts to search for the
baby unit.
When link is established, the » link
indicator lights up green.
