5. Troubleshooting 
Why I cannot open the management page? 
•  Turn off browser’s proxy settings. 
•  Make sure that your network card has been set to obtaining an IP automatically. 
•  Make  sure  that  your  LAN  and  wireless  LED  is  on  and  all  cables  are  connected 
correctly. 
I forgot my network name or encryption keys! 
•  Try to set up a wired connection and configure the wireless encryption again. 
•  Press the Reset button of the router longer than 5 seconds. 
Why I cannot access the internet via LAN adapter? 
•  Move the router closer to the wireless client. 
•  Check whether the wireless adapter is connected to the correct wireless router. 
•  Check whether the  wireless  channel conforms  to the channels  available in your 
country / area. 
•  Retry using another Ethernet cable. 
•  Check if all cables are connected correctly.
