ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
STEP 5: Turn the Seat Cushion (5) upright and align the center hole of the seat
plate over the lift, then push the Seat Cushion (5) down onto the lift firmly until the
connection is secure.
STEP 6 : Insert the Back Cushion (6) down into the slot of the Seat Cushion (5),
then tighten the knob on the Seat Plate (4) to fix the Back Cushion (6).
Congratulations! You’ve assembled this office chair.
WARNING: DO NOT STAND ON THE CHAIR FOR ANY PURPOSE.
Check all screws and tighten the screws that maybe loose each month.
