Launch the Netflix App
Select a TV show or movie
While your TV show or movie is playing , press the DOWN arrow on your remote
Select Audio (sound ) and Subtitles
Select your preferred audio or subtitle options (Disable Dolby and DTS),or set to STEREO mode
Save your settings
Play the video to test for audio (sound ) output

For Amazon Prime video and Hulu or other video apps, you must also disable Dolby and DTS in setting , the
procedure should be similar to the instructions above ,if additional information is needed ,please consult the

On the remote control, select the correct audio input.
lf you play audio from the TV through the SoundBar, make sure that the TV is muted.
Restart the soundbar and try pairing again
You have not enabled the Bluetooth function of the device. See the user manual of the device on
how to enable the function.
The device is not correctly connected.
The SoundBar is already connected with another Bluetooth device. Disconnect the connected device,
then try again.
