Tethered Operations Continued
The display on an IQ1 Series back can be either be turned o while shooting
tethered or set to display the images while they are shot, just as if shooting
untethered. It is also possible to enlarge a section of an image on the IQ1
screen to help check focus of the current and upcoming captures.
An IQ1 back will default to its untethered mode when the USB 3.0 or FireWire
800 cable is removed in its Auto Storage setting. Captured image les will be
stored on a CompactFlash card, and the unit’s battery will provide power.
(The IQ1 back can be forced to shoot to either CompactFlash or via a FireWire
800 cable to a computer. Find out more on the Storage Mode on page 87).
