Step 01
Band in a Box
After you buy downloadable software from
Thomann, we’ll send you an e-mail containing
an activation code and a link to the web page
where you can redeem this code. Usually, this
is the software manufacturer’s homepage, and
you’ll have to set up your own customer account
there, so that a licence can be assigned to you
personally.
If you have purchased a Band in the Box soft-
ware box, you’ll find the activation code on a
small card in the cardboard packaging. You’ll
download your software directly from the man-
ufacturer, too

Create customer account
Create a new customer account in “New Cus-
tomers”. If you already have a PG Music cus-
tomer account, please log in to your account
in “Returning Customers”. You can change the
menu language, if you wish, top right above the
input field
My Products
Click the “My Products” window in the centre
and enter the serial number you have received
into the input field in the middle of the window.
Above and to the right, you’ll find a drop-down
menu with the available languages.
Important: you will not be able to change this
language selection later. So, you’ll determine
your language version here.
Complete your registration by clicking on “Add to
May Account”.
