PFISTER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES, INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
LABOR CHARGES, INSTALLATION, INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED, INCLUDING ANY
CLAIM OR BREACH OF WARRANTY HEREUNDER OR ANY OTHER CAUSE, AND
WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT (including negligence and strict liability).
Pfister has the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time. This warranty gives
specific legal rights, and other rights, which may vary from state to state. For those states that do
not allow limitations or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitations
or exclusions may not apply.
The above warranties do not cover labor charges or damage resulting from improper
maintenance, repair, cleaning or installation, misuse, abuse, alterations, accidents, or Acts of
God.
Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the
product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please
