Tapering/Embroidering
with
the
satin-stitch
zigzag
With
your
tiptronic
you
also
have
the
option
of
increasing
or
decreasing
the
width
of
the
zigzag
stitch
in
0.5
mm
increments.
This
technique
of
adjusting
the
width
of
a
zigzag
seam
is
called
TAPERiNG.
You
can
achieve
great
effects
by
adjusting
the
size
of
a
wide
zigzag
stitch.
Brand
new
-
and
only
with
PFAFF
-
you
can
now
automatically
taper
with
your
tiptronic,
i.e.
you
can
embroider
perfect
corners
at
9
O
angles.
You
can
use
this
technique
for
appliqué,
decorative
buttonholes
and
for
interesting
embroidery
patterns.
