Inserting
the
bobbin
Insert
the
full
bobbin
into
the
bobbin
case.
In
doing
so,
pull
the
thread
sideways
\\J
j
through
slot
A,
then
under
the
tension
plate
B
until
it
rests
in
the
opening
(see
arrow).
Check:
When
you
look
at
the
bobbin
and
pull
the
thread.
the
bobbin
must
turn
clockwise.

Checking
the
bobbin
thread
tension
Hold
the
bobbin
case
by
the
thread
and
pull
the
thread
upwards
sharply.
The
bobbin
case
must
slip
downwards
a
little
with
each
hand
movement.
Adjusting
the
setting:
Turn
setting
screw
C
to
the
left
very
slightly
—
the
bobbin
thread
tension
becomes
weaker.
Turn
setting
screw
C
just
a
little
to
the
right
—
the
bobbin
thread
tension
becomes
stronger.
D
Inserting
the
bobbin
case
Lift
lever
F
and
slide
the
bobbin
case
onto
the
hook
pin
D
as
far
as
it
will
go.
Opening
E
of
the
bobbin
case
must
face
upwards.
E
Check:
Pull
the
bobbin
thread
sharply.
The
bobbin
case
must
not
fall
out
of
the
hook.
