The
needles
size
should
be
chosen
from
the
Needle
and
Thread
Chart
on page
13.
Changing
the
Needle
Bring
needle
bar
to
its highest
point
and
lower
sewing
foot.
Loosen
needle
set
screw
a
half
a
turn
and
pull
old
needle
out
of
needle
clamp.
Push
new
needle
up
as
far
as
it
will
go.
Make
sure
that
flat
side
of
shank
faces
toward
the
back
and
long
groove
toward
you.
Tighten
nee
dle
set
screw
a.
