The
only
dfficuity
encountered
by
beginners
lies
in
commencing
the
bem
Begin
by
inserting
the
edge
of
the
fabric, preferably
cut
on
the
straight

the
goods,
into
the
scroll of
the
hemmer while
the
latter
is
raised.
To
faclitate

insertion
of

clip
off
the
corner
or

hem

long, insert

and
pull
it
back
so
as
to
bring
ts corner
under the
needle.
In this
way
a
neat
and
straight
corner
will

obtained.
