Requirement
In
needle

lever

arrow)
must
fall
slightly
into
the
track
of
control
cam

activating
lever

Loosen
screws

and

•
Bring
the
needle
bar
to
needle
rise
position
by
turning
the
handwheel.
•
Bring
clamp 5
to
rest
on
the
right
side
of
the
housing.
•
Keeping
this
position,
move
control
lever
6
laterally
in
accordance
with
the
requirement
and
then
press
control
lever
6 onto
the
bottom
of
the
cam
track.
•
In
this
position,
tighten
screw
3.
•
Carry out
a
check in
accordance
with
the
requirement.
•
Screw
4
remains
loosened
until
the
release
trip
is
adjusted.
