PF WaterWorks Faucet Limited Lifetime Warranty
This warranty applies only to PF WaterWorks Faucets installed in the United States of
America, Canada or Mexico ("North America").
Parts
All parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) of this PF WaterWorks faucet
(except gold, non-vibrant, non-chrome and painted or power coated finishes) are
warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which
the faucet was first installed or, for commercial users, for one (1) year from the date of
original purchase (receipt required for verification). Faucets with Polished Gold, non-
Vibrant, non-chrome and painted or powder coated finishes, are warranted to the
original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for
one (1) year from the date of purchase or, for commercial users, for one (1) year from
the date of purchase (receipt required for verification).
Electronic Parts and Batteries (if applicable)
Electronic parts (other than batteries), if any, of the PF WaterWorks faucet are
warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase or, for commercial users, for
one (1) year from the date of purchase. No warranty is provided on batteries.
What We Will Do
If a defect is found in normal installation (by licensed professional plumber), use and
service, PF WaterWorks will, at its election, repair, provide a replacement part or
product, or make appropriate adjustment. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt)
along-with the defective product must be provided to PF WaterWorks with all warranty
claims. PF WaterWorks is not responsible for labor charges, installation, shipping, or
other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of PF WaterWorks
exceed the purchase price of the Faucet. In case of Faucet purchased from a reseller,
any refunds or returns will need to be handled directly with the reseller. PF WaterWorks
cannot offer refund for faucets not purchased directly from PF WaterWorks. These are
your exclusive remedies.
What Is Not Covered
Any labor charges incurred by the purchaser to repair, replace, install, remove or ship
this product are not covered by this warranty. PF WaterWorks shall not be liable for
reasonable wear and tear including tarnishing of finish. Excluded from warranty are any
damage to the faucet resulting from reasonable wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect,
accident, or improper or incorrectly performed installation, maintenance or repair,
including failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions. PF WaterWorks
recommends using a professional plumber for all installation and repair. We also
recommend that you use only genuine PF WaterWorks replacement parts.
