Troubleshooting
The Receiver Collar
is not beeping
when setting up
the Boundary Zone.
UÊMake sure Receiver Collar is turned on and
Battery Status Lights are flashing every 4-5
seconds
UÊCharge Receiver Collar
UÊThe beep may be difficult to hear in a noisy
environment.
UÊUse Test Light as explained in the “Test
Light Instructions” section, and use it to
determine the location of Boundary Zone.
UÊCheck that the Transmitter is set up
according to directions.
The Receiver Collar
is not beeping or
administering a
Static Correction.
UÊMake sure Receiver Collar is turned on and
Battery Status Lights are flashing every 4-5
seconds
UÊCharge Receiver Collar
UÊCheck that the Transmitter is plugged into a
working 120-volt outlet, the Power Light is
on, and the Transmitter controls are set at
your desired settings.
