Transmitter Display
The display stays on for 30 minutes after
a button press. After 30 minutes with no
button presses, the display shuts off.
Pressing any button will cause the
display to turn back on.
The various symbols you might see on
the display are explained below.
NNuummeerriicc rreeaaddoouutt
– Shows the chosen
stimulation level. Adjust with the
level up/level down (arrow) buttons. See

DDoogg 11 // DDoogg 22
– Switch between
Receiver collars by pressing the Dog
Select button. The symbol displayed is
the active dog receiver collar. See

TToonnee
– This symbol appears whenever
Tone is part of the Stimulation type
selected. See

– This symbol appears when the
Transmitter is in programming mode.

– The battery indicator
provides constant awareness of your
battery’s power level. See

BBaacckklliigghhtt
– The Ranger Transmitter
features a backlit display. The Ranger
display backlight stays on for 5 seconds
after a button press.

– If the straight line is shown
(——), the stimulation is in Continuous
mode. If just the dot is shown (•),
stimulation is in Momentary mode. See
