Start Here 1. Remove all packaging from the litter box. 2. Place the pee pad (soft side up) in the tray, Place the anti-tracking top over the grated and slide the tray back into the base. layer and base, and snap the top into place on the sides. 3. Fill the litter box with the full 4.5-lb. bag of crystal litter. Shake the box a little to level out the litter. 4. Optional: Peel the back off of the scoop hanger, and place it in the desired location on the box. Store the scoop on the hanger when not in use.
