EngineAuto-Start/StopSystem

TheEASsystemwillshuttheengine

offonceitveriesthat:

1.Batterieshaveexceededapreset

state-of-charge

2.Sleepertemperaturehasmetthe

userpresettemperature

TheEASsystemiscontrolledwitha

switchonthedashandcommunicates

withthevehicleoperatorthroughthe

driverinformationscreen.

NOTE

Thiswarninglabelwillappearin

theenginecompartment,onboth

sidesoftheradiator.

Controls

TheAuto-Startsystemhasseveral

safetyinterlocks.Thefollowing

conditionsmustbemetbeforethe

systemcanbeenabled:

•Ignitionswitchmustbeinthe

"ACC"or"OFF"position,orthe

keyremoved.

•HoodmustbeCLOSED.

•Tractorparkingbrakemustbe

SET

•Transmissionmustbein

NEUTRAL

•Driverandpassengerdoors

closed(Doorinterlocksarean

optionalfeature)

•PTOswitchesdisabled

•Air-poweredaccessoryswitches

disabled
