Lights
Starter Check torque on hex nuts. •
ECM Connector Check the tightness of the ECM
connector.

Wheel Sensors Check for damaged sensors and
connectors, and worn or frayed wires.

Fuel and Diesel Exhaust Fluid Tank
Sending Unit
Check the mounting screws and
electrical connections for worn or
damaged wires and connectors.

Power Supply Harnesses (engine,
Transmission, etc.)
Check for worn or damaged insulation,
corroded terminals, frayed wires, and oil
or fluid leaks on the connectors or wiring.

Check for worn or damaged insulation,
corroded terminals, frayed. Wash to
remove excess grease.

Structure,
Doors and
Hoods
Hood Lubricate the lower hood pivot (only if
lube fittings are present).

Hinges and Latch Lubricate with silicone spray. •
Body and Cab Holddown Bolts Check the condition and tightness. •
