Frame Fastener Torque
Requirements
Torque specifications for standard and
metric frame fasteners, including the fifth
wheel.
Use ESNA Style Lock Nut, with nylon
insert. Lubricate nylon insert nut lightly with
SAE 20/30 oil. Tighten all frame fasteners
with a torque wrench. Torque specifications
apply to the following fasteners with lightly
lubricated threads. These values are
applicable to fasteners on the frame and
do not apply to u-bolts for the suspension.
