Suspension U-Bolts, Grade 8
Torque specifications for suspension u-
bolts.
Tighten all U-Bolts with a torque wrench.
Torque specifications apply to the following
fasteners with lightly lubricated threads.
Chevron Zinc Lubricant or SAE 20/30 oil
should be used on U-Bolt threads. Torque
requirements apply to manufacturer
proprietary suspensions. All other
suspensions must refer and adhere to
original manufacturers shop manual.
