is,therefore,importanttofrequently
cleansaltymoistureandgrimefrom
stainlesssteelsurfaces.
•Ifsurfacerustisencountered,
washthesurfaceandusea
commercialpolishingcompound
tocleanofftherust,followedbya
coatingofwax.
•Neverusesteelwoolwhen
cleaningstainlesssteelbecause
minuteparticlesofthesteelwool
canembedinthesurfaceofthe
stainlesssteelandcauserust
staining.

arerequiredtoremovegrimeand
contaminantsthatcanstainand
oxidizepaintandacceleratecorrosion
ofplatedandpolishedmetalsurfaces.

cure,waitabout30daysafterthedate
ofmanufacturebeforewaxing.Donot
applywaxinthehotsunanddonot
frictionburnthepaintwithabufng
machine.
Occasionallysprayweather-stripping
ondoorsandwindowswithsilicone
compoundtohelppreserveresiliency.
Thisisespeciallyusefulinfreezing
weathertopreventdoorsandwindows
fromstickingshutwithice.
