Theturnsignalleverismountedon
theleftsideofthesteeringcolumn.
Thelevercontrolsseveralfunctions:
turnsignal,highbeam,andwindshield
wipercontrol.
1.Tilt/TelescopingSteeringColumn
Dependingonyourvehicle’s
conguration,youmayhaveeither
aTilt/T elescopingoraxedsteering
column.
•Thetiltfeatureallowsforwardand
rearwardmovementofthewheel.
•Thetelescopingfeatureallowsyou
tomovethewheelupanddown.
Toactivatethesefeatures,locatethe
Tilt/Telescopinglever.
WARNING!
Makealladjustmentstothesteer-
ingmechanismwhilethevehicle
isstopped.AdjustingtheTilt-T ele-
scopingSteeringWheelwhilethe
vehicleisinmotioncouldcauseloss
ofcontrol.Youwouldn’tbeableto
steerproperlyandcouldhavean
accidentresultingindeathorper-
sonalinjury.
