Perform a total vehicle alignment once a body is installed on the truck chassis.
Steering U-joint Pinch Bolt
•
Refer to Steering Shaft Bolt Torque Specifications on page 265 for maintenance instructions.
Front Suspension - U-bolts
• Check the general condition and the tightness of the nuts. Tighten the U-bolts using a calibrated torque wrench to the specified
torque value. (Refer to Suspension U-Bolts, Grade 8 on page 282 for maintenance instructions.)
