YourWarrantyRightsand
Obligations
Thisvehicleiswarrantedfor
componentsthatdirectlyimpactthe
manufacturersgreenhousegas(GHG)
certicationwiththeUSEnvironmental
ProtectionAgency.PACCARmust
warrantthesecomponentsforthe
periodsoftimelistedbelowprovided
therehasbeennoabuse,neglector
impropermaintenanceofthevehicle.
IfaGHG-relatedpartonyourvehicle
isfoundtohaveadefectinmaterialor
assembly,thepartwillberepairedor
replacedbyPACCAR.
