andmountingbrackets.Tightenif
necessary.InspectSCRcanister
forsignsofrustorcorrosion.
Piping
•Checkexhaustpipingforrust,
corrosion,ordamage.Replace
deterioratedpipingbeforeholes
appear.Ifpipingisperforatedat
anypoint,temporarypatchingor
laggingisacceptableuntilyoucan
havepermanentrepairsmade.
Onturbochargedengines,check
jointsatangesandmounting
bracketsfortightness.
