lampilluminates,itmeans
youhaveaseriousengine
systemproblem.

Thisshouldbeconsideredanemer-
gency.Youshouldstopthevehicle
assafelyaspossibleandturnOFF
theignition.Thevehiclemustbe
servicedandtheproblemcorrected
beforedrivingagain.Failuretodo
somaycausesevereengineorDPF
damage,orcauseanaccidentwhich
mayresultindeathorpersonalin-
jury.

-Iftheoilpressuresuddenly
drops,ortheaudiblealarm
andengineoilpressure
warninglightcomeonwhile
driving,dothefollowing:
1.Slowdowncarefully.
2.Moveasafedistanceofftheroad
andstop.
3.Placethetransmissioninpark
andsettheparkingbrake.(See

page4-18,fortransmissionshifting
andparkingbrakeinformation.)
4.TurnOFFtheengine.
5.TurnONtheemergencyasher
