InspectionoftheU-jointsisthesame
regardlessofwhentheU-jointgrease
intervalhappens.
WARNING
ImproperlubricationofU-jointscan
causethemtofailprematurely.The
driveshaftcouldseparatefromthe
vehicleandresultinanaccident.
Makesurelubricantispurgedatall
fourendsofeachU-jointandloosen
capsifnecessary.Also,regularly
inspectU-jointsforexcessivewear
ormovement,andrepairorreplace
asnecessary.Failuretocomply
mayresultindeath,personalinjury,
equipmentorpropertydamage.
