veryspecicmaintenanceand
inspectionrequirements.Failureto
followrequirementscandamagethe
engine.Enginedamagecaninclude

ELC-lledCoolingSystem
ELCConcentration
Checktheleveloffreeze/boilover
protection,whichisdeterminedby
theELCconcentration.Useaglycol
refractometertodetermineglycollevel.
AddELCtoobtaintheELCtowater
ratiorequiredtoprovidetheprotection
youneed.Usethechartbelowtohelp
determinehowmuchELCyouneed
toadd.
NOTE
MaximumrecommendedELC
concentrationis60%ELCand
40%waterbyvolume(a60/40
coolantmixture).Theminimum
recommendedconcentrationis
40%.
InanELC-lledcoolingsystem,the
freezepointshouldbemaintained
