PresstheON/OFFbutton.

previousspeedsettingsarecleared.
UsingCruiseControlWhileDriving
SettingCruiseSpeed
1.Ensurethatthevehiclespeed
isabovetheminimumcruise
controlspeed(19mph(30km/h)
forPACCARMXengineand30
mph(48km/h)fortheCummins
engines)andtheenginespeedis
above1100rpm.
2.Pressthe"ON/OFF"button.
3.Acceleratethevehicletothe
desiredcruisespeed.
4.Pressthe"SET"buttontosetthe
cruisespeed.
NOTE
CruiseControlmaynotholdtheset
speedgoingdownhills.Ifthespeed
increasesgoingdownahill,use
thebrakestoslowdown.Thiswill
cancelCruiseControl.
ChangingtheCruiseSetSpeed
Forvehicleswithcruisecontrolbuttons
onthesteeringwheel,thecruise
speedmaybechangedbyusingthe
+/-button.Thepressingandholding
the+buttonwillincreasespeedwhile
pressingandholdingthe-buttonwill
decreasespeed.Forvehicleswith
dashmountedcruisecontrolswitches,
changingthespeedisdonethrough
the"Set/Resume"button.T oincrease
thespeed,pressandholdtheSet
button.Todecreasethespeed,press
andholdthe"Resume"button.
