vents.TheACcompressorwill
alsobeengagedwhentheoutside
temperatureisabove34ºF(1ºC)to
removehumidityfromtheair.Freshair
andhifanspeedsettingswillresultin
thefastestreductioninfogorthinice.
Thisfunctionisenabledbypressing
theMAXbutton.
Inthismode,theoperatorhasthe
optionofwhattemperaturesettingis
usedduringMAXoperation.Increase
thetemperaturetoimprovethespeed
offogorthiniceremovalfromyour
windshield.WhenutilizingMAX
Defrostthesystemwillnotallowtheair
toberecirculated.
WhenutilizingMaxDefrost,thesystem
willnotallowthecompressortobe
turnedoffbytheuser.
ManualOverride
Theairconditionerwillalsoallowthe
operatortooverridetheautomatic
function.Theoperatormayoverride
thesystembyeither:
•PressingtheAUTObuttonagain
•Rotatinganyfanspeedorair
distributionknob
•PressingtheA/Cbutton
•PressingtheMAXbutton
