Glove Compartment
A glove compartment is provided to store important docu-
ments, the vehicle literature set (including this Operator’s
Manual) and other related materials. You can open it by
pushing the knob on the front.
• To close, push the cover up and press to latch it.
• You can lock and unlock the glove compartment door
with your ignition key; turn it clockwise to lock and coun-
terclockwise to unlock.
WARNING! Do not drive with the glove compart-
ment open, it can be dangerous. In an accident
or sudden stop, you or a passenger could be
thrown against the cover and be injured. To
reduce the risk of personal injury during an acci-
dent or sudden stop, keep the glove compart-
ment closed when the vehicle is in motion.
WARNING! Do not carry loose objects in your
cab, it can be dangerous. In a sudden stop, or
even going over a bump in the road, they could
fly through the air and strike you or a passenger.
You could be injured or even killed. Secure all
loose objects in the cab before moving the vehi-
cle.
Dome Light
The dome light is automatically activated when you open the
door. To turn the dome light on when you are inside the cab,
turn the headlight switch counter–clockwise until it clicks and
the light comes on.
