How to Use Set Cruise Control
Speed When Driving
These instructions DO NOT apply to
Adaptive Cruise Control. While the buttons
are also used to control PTO operations,
these instructions are specifically for
vehicle speed. The vehicle speed must be
greater than 19 mph (30 kph) for PACCAR
powered vehicles or 30 mph (49 kph) for
Cummins powered vehicles and the engine
speed must be over 1,100 rpm for the
cruise set speed to work.
To Set the Cruise Speed
1. Turn the cruise function on by
using the ON/OFF button
The cruise icon will appear in the
display.
2. Accelerate the vehicle via
accelerator pedal to the desired
cruise speed.
