Description of first aid measures
General advice
Get medical advice/attention if you feel unwell.
Eye contact
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if
present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical
advice/attention.
Skin contact
IF ON SKIN (or hair): Remove/Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin
with water/shower. If skin irritation or rash occurs:. Wash contaminated clothing before
reuse.
Inhalation
IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for
breathing. If symptoms persist, call a physician.
Ingestion
IF SWALLOWED:. Do NOT induce vomiting. Never give anything by mouth to an
unconscious person. Call a physician.
Self-protection of the first aider
Ensure that medical personnel are aware of the material(s) involved and take precautions to
protect themselves.

Personal precautions
Remove all sources of ignition. Ensure adequate ventilation, especially in confined areas.
Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Use personal protective equipment as required.
