COLUMN WINE RESERVES
Standing at a statuesque 84” tall, the 24”
Perlick Collection Column Wine Reserve
offers flexible storage for up to 94
bottles of wine. Built to exacting
commercial standards, this product is
trusted by fine restaurants to store and
display wine at the front-of-the-house.
Designed with premium features such as
the PerlIQ™ touch-screen control,
precision cooling and smart humidity,
nothing protects, preserves and presents
a treasured wine collection like a Perlick.
VIBRANT LED THEATRE LIGHTING
Vibrant blue or white LED roll-on theatre
lighting adjusts for display or storage,
and emits no UV light to protect against
oxidation and degradation.
HUMIDITY CONTROL
Perlick’s advanced technology monitors
humidity levels in the reserve, and if
necessary, pushes additional moisture
into the compartment to maintain 60-
70% relative humidity. This preserves
corks and prevents oxidation.
CONVERTIBLE DISPLAY SHELF
Display six prized bottles of wine, with
additional storage for four dessert
bottles. Lay the display shelf flat for
long-term cellaring and increased storage
capacity for 11 bottles. Like all shelves in
the reserve, shelves are soft-coat soft-
close glide-out to eliminate vibration.
