depth. In addition to its slim profile,
Sottile is ADA-compliant, measuring
32” tall for added design flexibility.

RAPIDcool forced-air refrigeration
system, providing industry-leading
temperature control and consistency.
STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION
The Perlick Signature Sottile Wine
Reserve features stainless steel interiors
and exteriors. Units can be built-in or
installed as a freestanding unit.
ADJUSTABLE LED LIGHTING
Signature Series models are brightly
illuminated with adjustable LED lighting.
A flip of the switch changes from Crisp
White to Cool Blue, softly illuminating
your collection.
SUPERIOR SHELVING
Shelves are soft-coat glide-out to
eliminate vibration. Shelves fully extend
out of the cabinet to provide easy access
to bottles.
