VPN
Adding/Editing a VPN Exception
The following parameters are available:
IP Address
Network
IPv4 Subnet Mask
IPv6 Prefix Bits
Advanced
Field Description
Configure the following parameter:
Use NAT Traversal
(NAT_T)
Delete Button Highlight an Exception List entry and click the Delete button to remove the
entry from the list.
The IP address of the host that will communicate with the IOLAN outside of
the VPN tunnel.
Field Format: IPv4 or IPv6 address
The network address that will communicate with the IOLAN outside of the
VPN tunnel.
Field Format: IPv4 or IPv6 address
The IPv4 subnet mask for the IPv4 network.
Default: 0.0.0.0
The IPv6 prefix bits for the IPv6 network.
Range: 0-128
Default: 0
NAT Traversal should be enabled when the IOLAN is communicating through
a router/gateway to a remote VPN that also has NAT Traversal enabled.
Default: Enabled
