Typical example
1. Remove bolts (1) and remove fan (2).
Note: Mark the orientation of the fan for installation.
2. Remove spacer (3) and pulley (4) from water
pump (5).
Installation Procedure
1. Ensure that all components are clean and free
from damage. Replace any components that are
worn or damaged.

2. Position pulley (4) and spacer (3) on water pump
(5). Ensure tha
t the bolt holes are aligned.
3. Install fan (2).
Note: Ensure the correct orientation of the fan.
4. Install bolts
(1)andtightentoatorqueof11N·m
(97 lb in).

Keep all parts clean from contaminants.
Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened
component life.

ary identification marks on the
connections of the harness assembly.
