To remove the Clean Emission Module (CEM), use
liftin
g eyes (1). Lifting eyes are designed and installed
for the specific CEM arrangement. Do not use the
lifting eyes for any other purpose than lifting the CEM.
Alterations to the lifting eyes and/or the CEM make
the lifting eyes and the lifting fixtures obsolete. I f
alter
ations are made, ensure that proper lifting
devices are provided. Consult your Perkins dealer,
or your Perkins distributor for information regarding
fixtur
es for proper CEM lifting.
