Troubleshooting Section
System Response:
The ECM will log the diagnostic code. The diagnostic
code may be viewed on the electronic service tool.
The ECM will fl
ag the intake manifold pressure as
invalid data. The intake manifold pressure is set to
a default value.
Perform the following diagnostic procedure: “Engine
Pressure Sensor Open or Short Circuit - Test”
Results:
•
OK – STOP.

The Electronic Control Module (ECM) detects all of

The ECM reads signal voltage that is above
normal.

The ECM has been powered for at least fifteen
seconds.
