Electron ic Service Tools
Electronic Service Tools are designed to help the
service techni
cian with the diagnosis and repair of
electronic engines. Several tools are available to
assist the service technician.
Some of the included Diagnostic Functional Tests
in this manual require two short jumper wires. The
jumper wires a
re used to check the continuity of
some wiring harness circuits by shorting two adjacent
terminals together in a connector.
A long extension wire may also be needed to check
the continuity of some wiring harness circuits.
