REMOVING HEADSTOCK SPUR

CENTER AND TAILSTOCK CUP CENTRE

(Fig. 6a-6b)

• Insert the push-out rod (A) into the far end of the

headstock spindle or the tailstock spindle until it comes

into contact with the shaft of the spur or centre.

• Tap the end of the push-out rod (A) until the spur or centre

comes loose.

INSTALLING THE TOOL REST (Fig. 7)

• Loosen the tool rest lock lever (A).

• Insert the shaft of the tool rest (B) into the tool rest base.

• Tighten the tool rest lock lever (A).
