Assembly Instructions 1. Unscrew Nuts (8) from Bolts (9). 2. Place the Fixed Casters (7) over the ends of the Bolts (9) on the bottom of the Platform (4), and secure in place using Nuts (8). 3. Attach the Swivel Casters (6) to the other end of the Platform (4) using Nuts (8) and Bolts (9). 4. Tighten all Bolts (9) securely. Note: If desired, the Fixed and Swivel Casters (6, 7) can be installed on opposite ends. Operation Instructions To unfold for use: 1.
