The Download link is for exporting a diagnostic report file required for system
investigation.

please download the diagnostic report file and attach it along with a description of your issue.
In Firmware 5.1 or before, the diagnostic report file can be obtained at System>Reboot.
28.2 GPS Data
The MAX HD2 and HD2 IP67 automatically store up to seven days of GPS location data in GPS
eXchange format (GPX). To review this data using third-party applications, click Status>Device
and then download your GPX file.
The Pepwave MAX BR1, HD2, and HD2 IP67 export real-time location data in NMEA format
through the LAN IP address at TCP port 60660. It is accessible from the LAN or over a
SpeedFusion connection. To access the data via a virtual serial port, install a virtual serial port
