when Low is selected Adaptive Motion is activated with big changes in brightness or motion.
6. Click the Save button to save the settings.
7. Switch to the Live View page and select Adaptive Motion from the Video Analytics dropdown menu. When there is
a moving object crossing the designated line as the above image, both the crossed borderline and the rectangular
frame enclosing the moving object are highlighted with red color for distinctive identification. Also, when there is a
moving object trespassing into the designated critical zone defined by administrator, both the rectangular frame
enclosing the suspect object and the defined zone are highlighted with red color for distinctive identification.
Furthermore, any moving object within the live view will be framed by a blue rectangle for clear identification.
2.2.5.7 Object Removal
The Object Removal analytic behavior triggers an alarm if an object is removed from a user-defined zone. It is ideal for
detecting the removal of high-value objects, such as a painting from a wall or a statue from a pedestal.

Object Removal
1. Select “ ”,then click and hold on the left-side preview image to draw a box (up to two can be drawn) covering the
desired area. The zone(s) can be resized and repositioned by selecting it in the Live Preview window.
2. Click “ ” to delete a specific Zone.
3. Select a specific Zone from the Zone list to perform the following actions;
1. Type a desired name for each Zone.
2. Check Enable button to enable Object Removal for any or all of the Zones.
4. Sensitivity: Choose different levels of sensitivity from High, Medium High, Medium, Medium Low and Low.
When High is selected Object Removal is activated with slight changes in brightness or motion. On the contrary,
when Low is selected Object Removal is activated with big changes in brightness or motion.
5. Click the Save button to save the settings
6. Switch to the Live View page and select Object Removal from the from the Video Analytics dropdown menu. When
any of the items marked by colorful zones is taken away, the zone will be highlighted with red color to indicate the
original item was taken away. Besides, any moving object within the live view will be framed by a blue rectangle for
clear identification.
